Founded in 1997 by Lewis “Randy” Shelton, Shelton Management Group Inc. was established to manage varied holdings, including employment staffing, retail stores, restaurants and distribution warehouses. The short-term goal became a mission: to partner with regional industries by providing outsourced services custom tailored to meet their needs.
